Because of the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a product that is damaged, or you believe to be defective, please refuse the package and send us a note at terrence@gmail.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Unfortunately, We can “NOT” cancel any orders before they have been shipped. If you provide an incorrect address a $15 cancellation fee will be applied. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS BEFORE IT SHIPS?

NO ADDRESS CAN BE CHANGED.

Please be aware that for security reasons, Sudsnyc Shop does not allow customers to change their address after an order is placed. Please make sure you update your shipping address before you place a new order.
