Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays..

Processing Times

Once verified and packaged, orders typically ship out within 5-7 business days. However, during peak periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays, shipping times may be extended.

Shipping Delays

SudsNYC is not liable for delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

Customer Responsibility

  • Orders with incorrect billing or shipping information provided by the customer will experience delays.

  • SudsNYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not issue refunds or credits for these incidents.

Tracking Orders

If an email address is provided during checkout, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. All tracking details will be sent after the item has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Policy

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders submitted with a P.O. Box address will be canceled automatically. All shipments require a signature upon delivery, making P.O. Box shipping unavailable.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Due to our strict shipping schedule, we may not be able to accommodate address changes after an order is submitted.

  • If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee redirection of the package.

  • If the package is returned to us, we will offer a refund or exchange once the item is received.
